Businease ("we", "us") provides a business toolkit, workflow builder, systems suite, and insights engine for founders and operators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication data (including via Google sign-in), stored and managed through our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Content you create: inputs and outputs from tools, calculators, canvases, and workflows you build or save.
• Usage data: pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product.
• Local session data: we use browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, save and sync your work, communicate updates relevant to your account, and maintain the security of the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third parties

We rely on service providers to operate Businease, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Google (optional sign-in). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children's privacy

Businease is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
