2. The service
Businease provides a business toolkit, workflow builder, systems suite, and insights engine to help you plan, run, and grow a business. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you create using Businease's tools. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Businease is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
